When you think about breathtaking sunsets…your mind would automatically fly to sights of beaches, lakes..any body of water…or mountain peaks…Wonderful grandeur spots on earth which offer great scenery…
But here, in Banda Aceh, great sunsets are literally on your doorstep…well, maybe more, on your window sills 
Could you imagine living in a house almost at the city center, and not one normal city it is being the capital city of a vast province called NAD, and to be able to look out of your window and gasps,"Look at the sky!"
That’s what happened to us. Almost each time when we werelucky enough to catch the last glimpse of sunrays, we would be entertained with various rays of light in different colours dancing across the Banda Aceh sky. And last Thursday, we ran up the stairs and came out on to the terrace, well…not really a balcony….and our jaws dropped to see the blood-red sky there, just right there, from our terrace…
WOW……WOW….WOW…….
