say hello to two of my rare best friends!! EB and Kunkun.EB is the one with the long ears, and Kunkun is the orange one.  First time I met them…hm….let’s see if i can remember…

I think I met Kunkun maybe three or four years ago, given as a birthday gift by one of my best friends and his girlfriend..and i instantly named him Kunkun, cause don’t know why i thought he was yellow (you know, kun comes from kuning, which is yellow in Indonesian).  after much discussion and quarelling with other friends of course i came to realize that except for his cute little plastic nose, there is no part of Kunkun (the yellow bunny) that is yellow, that in fact he is orange…oh well, not very flattering for my eyesight…but the cute little bunny started a string of animal gifts by other friends.  as soon as they saw Kunkun on my bed, i started receving a white bear the next birthday, and then dark brown bear the following year, a tiny tiny tiny bear (almost like a key chain minus the chain and the key…) last year, and last but not least, EB, this Easter holiday.

EB stands for Easter Bunny…(not very creative, hm?) at first i found him not to be very impressive because he is such a thin bunny…but then the guy who gave EB to me brought him to Banda Aceh, and there he is lying on my bed.  there is a maid coming to the guesthouse to clean every day, and each night, as i walked into my bedroom i would find EB lying there with all his legs and arms and ears spread wide…i call him the flying rabbit, if he had not been so thin he might pose a great challenge for Dumbo, the flying elephant.

i started taking pictures of different poses that the maid put EB in.  and one day i walked in and found them, sitting in this position.  oh…how cute….two bunnies holding hands…the best of friends of all friends…stranded with this crazy girl in a faraway land…

but you know, both of them had been to Europe…hiks…hiks….but not me…hiks…hiks….

dear Bunnies….keep me company, sorry if i kicked you now and then out of the bed…but i know you’d forgive me….be patient with me, ok…i am just an ordinary girl, after all, a little girl at heart.
